First Stage -Free Consultation & Optional Quote
We will visit your home or project and advise on a tailored solution for your specific restoration needs. We will guide you through the restoration process, addressing all your concerns and preferences and then supply a comprehensive no obligation quotation
Second Stage - Work Schedule Confirmation + Start
On acceptance of the estimate we'll confirm a start and expected completion date. We'll invoice for 1/3 of the project cost. We'll carry out a pre-start visit including a health and safety project plan. Work will then start at the project site and workshop where necessary.
Third Stage - Project Update
We'll be working hard to bring new life to your sash windows and doors, with minimal disruption to your daily routine. We'll keep you updated and after a project consultation and confirmation the customer is pleased we'll invoice for a further 1/3 of the project cost.
Fourth Stage - Completion + Sign Off
We'll be adding the finishing touches that enhance the aesthetics of your upgraded sash windows and doors. We pay attention to every detail, ensuring the final result is as good as possible. We'll invoice for the final 1/3 of project cost making sure you are thrilled with the final results.
